They explained there process throughly and matched my expectations of communicating the work to be done and expected time line. Then they meet their time line expectations. Note: there is a diagnosis fee that decreases if you have the work performed by them. All shops are doing this now since the dealerships do it. It can feel like a money grab but it is just a different way of getting to the final total cost needed to run a business, which is a lot .

Greg was so nice. He explained everything simply and didn't try to add on anything extra without talking to me first. They finished it the same day. It was definitely more afforable than other places I checked to get my car fixed. I also love how clean and organized the place was.
