We appreciate and value our customers, so we are offering our customers a completely free bonus program called Auto Vitals Rewards. It is our way of thanking you for being our loyal customers!

Beginning the moment you enroll, you will receive reward points for purchases. These are redeemable at our shop, toward any future service you choose including oil changes.

Our Auto Vitals Rewards Program also gives each customer a fully automated free online account so they can view all of their own vehicle history with us. This includes all service visits, all work performed, when they last had an oil change and how much brake lining they had left at each service, for each vehicle they bring to us for service. They can also view all service bulletins and even search for recalls – all free of charge just for signing up.

Also for every person you refer to our shop, we will reward you with additional bonus reward points redeemable toward future services and the people you refer will get extra starter points just for trying us out!

We do not share your information with anyone except for the enrollment office and they only share your information with us, so all of your information is completely secure.

They explained there process throughly and matched my expectations of communicating the work to be done and expected time line. Then they meet their time line expectations. Note: there is a diagnosis fee that decreases if you have the work performed by them. All shops are doing this now since the dealerships do it. It can feel like a money grab but it is just a different way of getting to the final total cost needed to run a business, which is a lot .
