They explained there process throughly and matched my expectations of communicating the work to be done and expected time line. Then they meet their time line expectations. Note: there is a diagnosis fee that decreases if you have the work performed by them. All shops are doing this now since the dealerships do it. It can feel like a money grab but it is just a different way of getting to the final total cost needed to run a business, which is a lot .
